Guest Apartment on Cape Cod
The perfect location for the perfect week on Cape Cod in Harwich Port, a
quaint, historic seaside village. We are offering a lovely apartment which
rents weekly in season and nightly off season. It is attached to our 1850
Greek Revival "Sea Captain's" house and is on a quiet street almost within
the village with little shops, wonderful restaurants and only 4 blocks to a
beautiful warm water beach on Nantucket Sound. The property is around the
corner from a 9-hole golf course and is a short distance to a ferry that leaves for
Nantucket Island three times daily in season.
The unit is light and airy with cathedral ceilings and a private 2nd floor entrance off your own deck.
There is a gas grille, a spacious living room with hardwood maple floors, a
queen sofa bed, full kitchen wall including electric stove, dishwasher and
microwave oven with a dining area. There is a separate king bedroom
(converted to two twins on request) and a large bath with a walk in
over-sized shower. The large bedroom A/C unit cools both rooms with ceiling
fans.
Enter through your own private deck at the back.

We provide your linens, there are TVs in each room, wireless Internet and an outdoor shower. We can accommodate up to 4 people and are pet friendly. Self catered in season for weekly rentals and food provided for "do-it-yourself breakfast" for nightly rentals off season.

Our Seasonal Dates and Rate Schedule
- High Season: Friday of Memorial Day weekend through Columbus Day:
- Weekly: $995/week for two people + $10/night for each additional person age 2 or older.
- Nightly: 3 night minimum: Memorial Day Weekend-1st July week (month. of June+) and End August-Columbus Day (Sept.+): $150/night + $25 for each additional person age 2 or older.
- Low Season: After Columbus Day to Friday of Memorial Day Weekend:
- Weekly: $750 + $10/night for each additional person age 2 or older.
- Nightly: $150/night + $25/night for each additional 2 yrs. or older.
- Pet fee: $35 per stay (week or multi-night will be the same).
- For maximum of 4 persons.
